Text Box: Several years ago, an elderly woman called me because all the pipes in her home were clogged. When I    arrived, at her residence, underneath her home was flooded with several thousand gallons of waste water.        I quoted the woman a price to remove the waste water, to treat the soil for potential viruses, and to repair the sewer and drain pipes. The woman told me she had absolutely no money, no relatives, nor any friends who could help her. I could not leave the woman in this condition and realized that my job as a professional      contractor, is to provide plumbing services to protect the health and safety of people. I did the entire job, for this woman, absolutely for free. There is a substantial amount of gratification to help people who are not as fortunate in some areas. I hope that other contractors feel the same way and this philosophy becomes      contagious.
Bestline plumbing continues to provide, absolutely free, to elderly persons who are financially unable to hire a contractor, free labor, materials, and services to repair or replace their heating system, drains, sewers,   plumbing fixtures, mold remediation, and repairs for structural problems that are unsafe or unhealthy. Bestline plumbing will repair a furnace when possible or replace the entire furnace if necessary, repair or replace an entire sewer or drainage system, repair leaks in water pipes, repair or replace a water heater, toilet, or        replace a plumbing fixture. Bestline will not repair nor replace items for cosmetic purposes.
There are absolutely no charges nor obligations. The entire monthly budget may be given to one person, if needed, or divided between several persons, until the monthly allotment is exhausted.
This is a program only for elderly persons who do not have the financial ability to hire a contractor. Therefore, only persons referred by a reputable organization will be considered. This is not a marketing campaign. When the monthly budget has been exhausted or when Bestline cannot qualify a person, Bestline will not attempt to sell the person plumbing, will not give any other firm any information, nor contact the person in any way, other than to inform them of our decision, with the exception of advertising that is sent in mass mailings, newspapers, etc.

Bestline�s goal is to help elderly persons who do not have the financial resources to hire a contractor. If a     person has resources to pay, please do not submit a referral. For persons with limited financial resources, Bestline has payment plans that extend credit as long as 48 months with no interest. To avoid an advertising conflict, Bestline will not provide service, for money, for a person referred for this program.

Please list the type of problem, your relationship to the individual, and information affirming this person is not financially capable of hiring a       contractor. Also, please check our website for a list of city and government agencies that assist persons with financial difficulties.
